The day the county charges a toll for maintenance of county roads (or any
other road), I will gladly pay a toll for maintaining non-motorized
transportation corridors. Until that time, there should be no toll roads
for bicyclists and rollerbladers.

One gentleman called out office today suggesting that we pay a fee to fill
the tires on our bikes. Now there's an idea - then the bike shops could

motorists could run their cars on home made alcohol or vegetable oil and
avoid the gas tax....)
