Potential good news on the horizon:
When this situation re-emerged, I sent an e-mail to State Senator Fred
Risser (In addition to every one of my representatives from Dane County up to
the Federal level), and I got a mail reply back yesterday from Senator Risser
indicating he would work with Jim Doyle to try to get funding for the Cap City
trail in the State's next transportation budget. Stay tuned...
