yes, the plan is to have a reciprocal agreement w/the DNR. 70% of fees
from trail passes bought from Dane Cty Parks will go to Parks. My
understanding of this is that if you buy your trail pass in Verona,
none of the money will go to Dane County Parks.

I think they are referring to the fees for ski trails, horse trails,
and mountain bike trails at other parks (e.g. Lake Farm, Cam-Rock).
