When I'm stuck at stop sign or traffic light I play a game I call
'one'. I count off all the cars that have only 1 occupant. Typically
I count between 5 and 10 SOVs (single-occupant vehicles) before
I see any DOVs. (More than two is pretty rare, and statistically
not very significant). So, my counts are consistent with Jeff's.
