I'm pretty sure that bikes will be allowed on any transit system in Madison. Several people have repeatedly asked that question at public comment sessions. The answer has always been, "Of course we'll make sure bikes can be accommodated. You guys would kill us if we didn't!" See what being a well-organized, persistent, pushy group will do? Bikes on transit is becoming the norm across the country. I cannot imagine a new system being introduced in the greater Madison area that would ignore that multi-modal connection.
