[Bikies] Downtown parking resolution

FWIW, Matt, this resolution was trashed line-by-line by Ken Golden at Plan Commission; Steve Holtzman smashed it some more at Long-Range Transportation Planning. I would be surprised if the council did anything except place it on file, but don't know that for a fact. It was drafted by planning, *not* parking nor traffic.

Downtown location.  Does anybody know what happened to this resolution?
