I don't think bus drivers are out to get bicyclists in general. That said, bus drivers are motorists, and we all know that about half of the motorists drive like they are psychopathic murderers, so I just think it's part of the whole issue of driving being incompatible with a civilized society. State Street seems to be the worst place, because of the obvious conflicts on such a narrow road.
I've had luck communicating with [EMAIL PROTECTED], who is something like Metro operations manager (love the guy's name!).
