Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions on this matter beyond Metro's customer service line. I assure you I will explore all avenues.
For point of clarification, It should be said that I did indeed provide Metro with all the details regarding last night. I do so everytime I have a run in with a bus. I simply didn't bother to drag out the whole story for everyone on the bikies and critical mass lists. I wouldn't veture to report an incident without supplying the proper information for anyone to be equipped to do anything to rectify the situation. I certainly do have more positive interactions on the road with busses than I do negative ones. That being said I have to echo Paul's comments that I hold bus drivers to a much higher standard that the average motor vehical operator. As it turns out, someone from the list was actually riding the very bus which gave me those death like feelings last night. Graciously he has offered to file a complaint himself. On that note you see, it's not just us bikies giving the busses a good trash talking, even Metro's patron's notice. By the way, anyone from the bikies list interested in attending Critical Mass another chance is coming up this Friday at 5:30pm where West Wash meets the Capitol Square.
