As for this question, yes, we could use up to 3 more "counters", by which I mean people who can arrive at 11:30, with a laptop if they have one (we can borrow one or two, so 1 or 2 laptopless people could also qualify), prepared to be taught how to use the easy spreadsheet Bryant has developed. After Jon's talk, the people will fill in their goals sheets and hand them in to the (hopefully 5) "counters", who will enter the figures from each space into the corresponding cell in the spreadsheet. At the end, we just need to add up the 5 spreadsheet totals to get the grand total. So we need people who are fast keyboarders, familiar with Excell, who can do inputting for about 40 min. at the most. Let me know asap if you have any, so that we will stop looking when we have 6. (Good to have one in reserve in case someone doesn't show up.)Also let me know whether they have laptops with Excell. Also, I realized that because I never got an email from POCC, I never put you on the vendor's list, and yet I told you you could have a booth. so now I have put you on, which makes the space tight, but doable. You get 1/2 of a table. I will email you the vendors letter which I'm about to send out, and if there's someone else who should get it, just send it on, ok? Thanks for your help!
