I can tell you the Bike E that I have (the new Studebaker of bikes, now that the 
company 
went broke) will not fit on the front of Madison Metro buses.  The wheel base is too 
long.  
Hopefully you will fare better.  It is the ONLY downfall of my recumbent.  (Oh yeah, 
that and 
the Bob trailer won't go on it unless I lose some gears.  I need my gears to make me 
feel 
mas macho on those swooping curves via the Cap City Trail.  If I want a trailer I have 
to get a 
different one.)

Nor does Metro take kindly to attempts to wrassle the 'bent critter on board--even at 
5:30 in 
the morning when there are only 3 people on the bus.  Armed with alternative 
transportation 
and therefore dangerous!
