these maps have evolved way beyond the blue and black ink versions with eastern Dane Co. on one side and western Dane co on the other. they are available from the Madison Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) in the same location that used to house (still houses?) the Dane county RPC, 100 block of S. Pinckney (121, I think, same building as our mayor's former campaign office, across from Marigold's restaurant), or at the City of Madison's transportation dept in the Madison Municipal building on MLK, Jr blvd. (or the kiosk outside that department when that department is closed) or the literature racks outside the Bike Fed office at 106 E. Doty street, Suite 400, across from the Great Dane). They are sometimes available at local bike shops, as well, but most Bike shops (Revolution excepted) aren't very good about remembering to ask for more of something they give away for free (and therefore don't have a part number or other way for a buyer to track it). chuck
