[Bikies] Missing Link rail crossing approved

May 26, 2003 the Commissioner of Railroads approved the Path crossing of 
the tracks at West Doty St.
Thanks to those that contacted the Rail Commission concerning this issue.

In particular I like the Commissioner's conclusions 1 and 2, which, 
somewhat abbreviated and paraphrased go something like this:
1) ...the Bike Path will promote public safety and convenience.
2) ...the Bike Path is advisable under all the circumstances.
