thank you for posting this brenda. personally i do not feel that anything regarding inclusionary housing is off the topic of bicycle advocacy. if bicycle advocacy is to go hand in hand with environmental stuardship and alternative transportation, and certainly it does, then it is to go hand in hand with every aspect of the infrastructure of our cities. when we are talking about how our residential areas are designed regarding *all incomes*, including those who can not afford luxury items like cars, in relation to the physical location of business and public services, we aren't just talking about bikes or city planning. we're talking about both.
