I'm sure I missed something, but why or how does Dave's proposal displace
about 15,000 to 22,000 vehicles each day?  If I lived along Wmson and/or the
Johnson-Gorham speedway, I would start thinking about traffic calming and
other creative ways to make commuting a nightmare.
