Watching the police out this morning, and yesterday, and listing to S. Vilas talk to someone with a notebook, saying it was too bad it takes a tragedy like this for them to start looking at things. Yep, sure is. It's really unfortunate the emails and phone calls to TEST over the 5 years that I've worked in the WHEDA building haven't ever prompted anything, but a tourist getting kacked puts them in overdrive.
So, does that mean MPD is going to start actually enforcing pedestrian right-of-way laws?
