Attached to this email is the set of DRAFT recommendations approved by the
North Mendota Parkway Advisory Committee on May 29, 2003.

These DRAFT
recommendations will be presented and public comments will be received at a
series of outreach meetings scheduled for the second and third weeks of
September, 2003. The same meeting will essentially be repeated on four
different dates in four different locations, so it would not be necessary to
attend more than one meeting. The meetings will be held on:
� Monday, September 8 at the Waunakee Middle School cafeteria;
� Thursday, September 11 at the Middleton High School
Performing Arts Center;
� Tuesday, September 16 in Room 260 of the Madison Municipal
Building; and
� Wednesday, September 17 at the Warner Park Community
Recreation Center.
All of the outreach meetings will run from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. They'll be
structured as open houses with a drop-in format with three recurring �-hour
formal presentations running on the hour (i.e. 6:00, 7:00 and 8:00 p.m.).
Following the public outreach meetings, the Committee will reconvene at the
end of September or early October to review the comments received and
ultimately approve this fall a final report that will include the formal
recommendations. The report will then be forwarded on to the County Board
and affected jurisdictions for approval.
