   Action on proposed route changes was delayed because there was 
some concern that changes earmarked for Route 10 on the city's east 
side were not properly noticed, commission member Robbie Webber said 
this morning.

    "We're looking at possible changes in other routes that would 
essentially keep what people love about the 10," she said.

    The panel will hold another public hearing on that route and possible 
options at its next meeting on Oct. 20 in Room 300 of the Madison 
Municipal Building, 210 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The hearing will 
begin at 5 p.m.
