So should we all. Absent any public information and justification from MPD, this is an absurd intrusion into a bike-ped facility and a needless safety hazard. I'd be glad offer my prior law enforcement experience to become a citizen deputy and sneak up on the bad guys in the guise of just another bicyclist.
