One of the great little neighborhood stores in the Tenney area has fallen on hard times due to the reconstruction of the Sherman Ave bridge over the Yahara River. It seems a good deal of their business came from motorists passing by during their commute.
The bridge is still open to Bicycle and Pedestrian traffic, so if any bikies riding in the Tenney Park area out there need a coffee, a gallon of milk, lunch, or a quick snack, don't forget about the Urban Market at One Sherman Terrace (About three blocks North of the Yahara on Sherman Drive.) They also have a no-surcharge ATM if you are in need of cash.
