[Bikies] Broadway - Femrite conditions

I'm heading out to Cam-Rock this Sunday to watch some Cyclocross races and 
I'm wanting to know if Femrite is bike-worthy.  I've not been out that way 
in some time and I can see from the map that taking it will save me about 
20 miles on the day.
