Okay, motor vehicle crashes do edge out firearms as a more prevalent cause of death (but if not as many use them as use motor vehicles, then the rate would be higher--not surprising considering a firearm's purpose), so how about tobacco? Tobacco related deaths far outnumber the other two causes.
