[Bikies] Watts Rd.

Thanks to all that replied to my request regarding Femrite Rd..  It is as 
everyone said, a fine road for most of it's length, narrow and rough part 
way, and almost entirely free of traffic on Sundays.

Regarding Watts Rd:
I did notice bike lanes on the new portion of Watts Rd. where it connects 
to Highpoint Rd.  I don't know what the eventual connection will be or how 
far it will go towards unplugging the Mineral Point/Beltline bottleneck.
