The City of Madison has requested that the Bike Fed present ideas for how to improve the Halloween bike parking situation on State Street for 2004. Please respond to this email with your suggestions so that I can gather the ideas to present to the City. The main ground rule is this...the bike racks will likely be removed each year for Halloween no matter what we want...so productive brainstorming will not include the suggestion that the racks be left on State Street.
