I've been talking to people in my workplace about a Bike to Work Day this
winter, perhaps in February. People seem to like the idea, but I don't know
yet if something will actually happen. If other workplaces are interested,
perhaps we can get together and coordinate our activities. If this idea
*REALLY* strikes a chord, perhaps we'll get enough people involved to put
out a press release and print a poster. Basically, though, I'm hoping for
a low-key, bottom-up celebration, where most of the activity and organizing
takes place at the workplace level.

If other workplaces are interested, contact me, so we can coordinate our
efforts.
