My first post here, so please excuse any goof-ups. Is there any group that is involved in cleaning up the Southwest bike path? I am referring specifically to ridding the path of invasive weeds. I see a lot of garlic mustard, japanese knotweed, dame's rocket, and giant ragweed there at various times during the summer. I know the county parks is involved in cleaning up area parks, and the arboretum has weed pulls, but I have not seen anything specific to the bike path, maybe I have not looked in the right place.
Anyway, I would be interested in participating in a one-time or regular work day to help rid the bike path of those weeds. I know there must be issues with the homeowners in the area....
