REI (13100 W Capitol Drive) Novara bike. $599 value. Tickets are $2.

In Madison you can buy tickets:
...beginning on Monday, May 10th and ending on May 21st at 5:45pm, at the Bicycle Federation of Wisconsin office at 106 E. Doty #400, Madison. Tickets are $5. Grand prize is a Bykaboose Gecko trailer valued at $199.95. Tickets will be for sale at all Bike to Work Week Events including the Final Fiesta at Vilas Park. The drawing will be May 21st at Vilas Park at 6pm.
