There are intersections where I can safely move over to the 
extreme left of the right lane or can pull ahead of the stop line so 
right-turners can go.  Examples are Kinsman & USH 51 (Stoughton 
Road)  and Commercial & Packers Avenue.  But I cannot safely do 
it at Fair Oaks and East Wash for example.  It's at locations like 
this where I am occasionally yelled at.
