Goggles are prone to fogging, but so are glasses if
you're wearing a gater/balaclava/face mask. you can
pick up some anti-fog lens stuff any place that sells
skis. this should help a little.
I have Rx glasses which are small and offer little
coverage. I wear these until it hits about 5 or
lower. Once it gets down to 5 I have a pair of really
sporty (read: silly) Rx glasses that offer full
coverage.
On the cheap, I've seen some couriers wear basic
saftey goggles. They don't look very cool, but anyone
with spandex shorts should be used to looking a little
goofy. You can even get them large enough to wear over
Rx glasses.
