Hello Biking Friends!

August 16th "History Sandwiched In" program will
feature Richard Schwinn, co-founder of Wisconsin-based
custom bicycle builder Waterford Precision Cycles.
Richard will guide us through the history of the
bicycle. A compelling story of passion, drama and the
triumph of man and this most ingenious machine.
Suggested donation $2.00

"History Sandwiched In" is a lunch time program, bring
your bag lunch, begins at 12:15 and ends approximately
45 mins later.

Yep, it's the same day the our Congresswoman is riding
south on our trails, but if you can't take off that
much time, join us for Richard Schwinn's talk during
lunch.

Special hours on Sunday August 21st, 11 am - 2 pm!
Ride your bike down to the Wisconsin Historical Museum
on the Square and tour the WisconsINnovation exhibit.
Arrive by noon, when Harry Spehar of Trek will discuss
his experience with Trek and riding their prototype
Mountain Bike at the Whiskeytown Downhill in 1983.

Additional bike racks will be available in front of
the museum for your parking pleasure. Free energy
bars and Gatorade. Donations welcomed. RSVP suggested
