Has anyone heard anything on the investigations of the Theresa Kacynski (6/9/05, City of Madison) and Jess Bullen (6/30//05, Town of Cottage Grove) bicycle fatalities.
There are conflicting statements by the reporting officer regarding alcohol for Theresa Kacynski on page two of the City of Madison Police Report. I'm troubled that Tracy Sorum, the motorist who hit Jess Bullen, does not have any charges against him as of this date.
