Subject: [Bikies] Fw: UW-Madison News Release--New Scooter RulesThey'd be better off just banning ALL scooter driving on campus during the school year...too many pedestrians. They should tell the students & others to use bicycles instead.
They should also specifically tell them it's illegal to drive these things on the bike paths on campus and in the city..... If you agree, send your comments to Rob Kennedy? I did.
