With a name like BADGER CITY TRAIL...(it's got to be good) and I will be much more apt to feel good about using it because it sounds similar to the trail I love to ride...The Capital City Trail. Who's in? Let's Ride!!! What's the name? It will make a great welcome mat to the future Illinois riders! They are out there and waiting to come here, so I hear. I cannot admit loudly that I want to go there but I am sure I will enjoy the thought eventually.
I'd actually spend all my time on the town roads of Vermont and Berry Townships but they are out there and I am in here, in Madison. This name gives great significance to the extension on to the future Badger State Trail. It seems like a no-brainer but...one must follow in order of speaking and be polite... Arghhh! Actually, Darin Burleigh did mention this name first in a submission to Bikies but I have added "City" to the name to parallel the name of the Capital City Trail. This name also does correspond to Larry Nelson so insisting that we name the path based on location. The path IS in the City and DOES go right next to Bucky Badger's infamous Camp Randall Stadium, campus, and Kohl Center.
