If it is an inter-state truck, you can contact the Feds via an online form: https://www.1-888-dot-saft.com/SVH_Main.asp or a phone line: 1-888-DOT-SAFT(1-888-368-7238) Since this company seems to be mostly intra-state trucking, they're directing me to field office: http://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/about/contact/offices/displayfieldroster.asp Basically, unless there is an actual crash, there is nothing you can do.
