It IS a funny idea, and the truck driver (unless s/he's a bicyclist
outside of work) probably wouldn't realise that it was fake, not knowing
that any authentic bicyclist couldn't possibly be using a mobile phone
while driving a bicycle because acutally doing so is such a severe
violation of the bicyclists' code of ethics.
