It is fibre that will be put in by Henshue Construction. It will be put in 22 feet north of the centerline of the path from Blount to Marquette. I believe much of it along this section (along the path) is being plowed in. It will be directional bored under all of the streets and a few other spots such as the community gardens.
There was a public hearing on it last Wed, November 2 at 6:30 p.m. before the Board of Public Works. There was a notice in the paper and property owners along the route were directly notified.
