Actually, if Mitch is talking about the old Raleigh-ish three-speed we usually see him on this time of year, those are 26" rims. Unfortunately, it's NOT the same as an "American" 26", and I doubt a studded tire can be found for them. I have seen tales of woe and intrigue on the 'net about studding one's own tires. Sheldon is also an aficionado (sp?) of those black and Sturmey steeds, and one of his pages might even be able to point you toward a studder for one.
Me? I switched OUT of my Nokians yesterday and today.
