I've wanted one of these for years but I have not been able to part with 5 grand yet. Does any one have thoughts on starting some kind of CO-OP to build velomobiles, perhaps from junk bikes? Each person could mass produce certain parts. I'd like to see thousands of these in Madison. Pedal cars are the future ... at least in Winter.
