On that very same lane, my wife and I one day encountered a carriage and horse, 
"parked" outside a church while a wedding was going on. Dang, in hindsight, we 
shoulda gone in, and waited 'til the minister (or whatever) said "If there is 
anyone who feels that these two should not...."

Or maybe we coulda done a Dustin Hoffman "The Graduate" scene...
