Oh yeah. 

They painted that last summer. My wife and I looked at
at that and said, WFT?

But I still think the best one is what I call the 'Shorewood Singularity', the 
one along Swarthmoore(?) that is also on the wrong side of the street. 

One morning I was traveling in the 'wide' lane (which I think is a one-way 
east-bound lane, but is curiously on the left. Coming at me at high speed is a 
spandex commando yelling at me for being in the wrong lane. His confusion was 
understandable.

This is just hilarious. This behavior happens ALL THE TIME. Its not on some 
obscure side street. Its on the BUSIEST ROAD  in the city IN THE MIDDLE OF THE 
DAY. Do the cops not notice a semi-trailer parked in the bike lane?
