Although I'm assuming most Bikies already are riding their bikes on a
regular basis, some may have friends, family, or co-workers that aren't
yet converted.
I will be offering a class Wednesday evening, April 12, 5:30-7:30 PM, at
the Madison Senior Center on West Mifflin aimed at those who haven't
been on their bikes in awhile, and would like to get back in the saddle.
Although originally aimed at older adults, anyone is welcome. The class
will cover choosing a bike and making sure it fits, basic safety and
etiquette on streets and trails, where to ride, how to use gears, and
comfort on your bike.
A short ride will be included in the class, so bring your bike and helmet.
