Ah, the same Brett Hulsey who testified, REPRESENTING MG&E, at the city 
Committee on 
Environment meeting, re. the MG&E Blount St. coal monster, about diesel trucks! 
(Classic 
"look over there" ploy.)

And the same Joe Parisi who still hasn't decided whether high-voltage 
transmission lines, 
designed to turn a public utility into a profit commodity, help usher more 
nuclear power 
onto the grid, and possibly bring us a California-Enron-style energy debacle 
(I'll leave 
out the stray voltage health hazards, the abuse of eminent domain, etc.) are a 
good or
