The Draft EIS for this project isn't scheduled for completion
until "Late Spring 2007". Who knows when the final proposal will be
finished!
The city would be better off using the money used for this planning effort (and the street car study) for improving the Madison Metro Transit System NOW - without raising bus fares. They might also look into providing a better bicycle and transit system for the Northside of Madison. But that's not the kind of feedback they want to hear at this meeting I'm sure.
