Motorist passing a bicyclist when there is oncoming traffic. At least the news report quoted the Columbia County Sheriff's Dept as saying, "Vehicle operators need to remember that a motorcycle and bicyclist also have a right of way on the roadway. It's called a shared right. Now, a vehicle can pass a bike when it's safe, but not until it's safe to pass that bicycle."
