I have no opinion, one way or the other, about eastbount access to
Winnebago St. for cars at the Yahara River, but I would like to see
improved eastbound access for *bikes* from the bike path to Winnebago St.
Right now, when I need to enter Winnebago Street from the path, I have to
"improvise" for a block or so. Redesign of the street should add some
clarity to the route for bikers.
