I thought I remembered your name from the way-back machine.
How about maintaining 3 properties (6 units) by bike & bike trailer?
I use a Bikes-At-Work trailer to haul all manner of maintenance
stuff--even heavy equipment & lumber loads-- from home to hardware
store to rental property. I'd like that story cuz people are always
using their home maintenance tasks as an excuse for owning a
deathmobile.
