I just read the WSJ's local page story about the Tracy Sorum Jury Deadlocking. This is astounding. Tracy Sorum takes his eyes off the road for 12 seconds to check his throat out in his mirror and kills Jessica Bullen. I'd think that would be suffient evidence to establish that the man was operating his vehicle negligently. Apparently, the jury didn't think so.
