I simply stated that Eisenberg repeatedly made statements to the effect that "it's an accident", which simply isn't true, and taht if the jury was influenced at all by those statements, then _justice_ was not served (and yes, I used the word "justice", not "retribution").
Well, metaphorically speaking, "the jury's still out" on whether Sorum will be re-tried.
