This meeting announcement was sent as a PDF, but I know some people
cannot receive attachments, so I'm sending the information again.

The Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is holding several
informational meetings and a public hearing about the Regional
Transportation Plan (RTP). This Plan is supposed to shape our regional
transportation priorities until 2030!

One info session has already happened, and the other is happening Sept
27 in Middleton. The Public Hearing will be October 4 at Monona Terrace.

Instead of trying to convert the entire flier to plain text, I am
posting a link to the web site with the nicely formatted flier and the
plan itself.

This is an important opportunity to comment on how you want our
transportation infrastructure to look for the next two decades. The MPO
sets priorities for and allocates all the federal transportation dollars
that come into the urbanized area and soon to be urbanized area. This is
your chance to put in your two cents worth - or more. Written comments
are also being accepted until October 18.
