if I run over pedestrians in the counter flow lane on the 800 block of University Ave? Clearly posted "no pedestrians" and yet the witless students wander down, side by side, cell phones stuck to their heads. I have been enjoying getting right up to them and then screaming "HEY this is a BIKE LANE! Get a CLUE!" If nothing else I want to at least jog their feeble senses.
