It doesn't really matter either way - nothing will be changed before Nov 7th anyhow. If our elected officials don't listen to their constituents then maybe we shouldn't be voting at all and give the whole thing up!
For my part I will try to send a letter before Nov 7th, but if not, it matters more that bicyclists and pedestrian advocates KEEP UP pressure (meaning send a letter out and get some friends to too) for the bike paths/pedestrian improvements than when we send the letter.
